H Y D R A L I F T
HYDRALIFT is an ALS (Artificial Lift System) hydraulic pumping unit designed by Hydrog Inc. based on technical data which was gathered from our market studies. Through such studies we identify the most common failures not only on the Hydraulic Units available in the market but also on several Long Stroke Units, (Mechanical and Hydraulic).
In that sense HYDRALIFT incorporates in its design the corrections and improvements to eliminate the most critical failures recognized in our market studies.
MODEL T4 & T3
We offer T4 (40Klbs) and T3 (30Klbs) models from Hydrog® Inc., providing options to choose between higher lifting capacity or budget adjustment in your surface pumping equipment for mechanical pumping. Both models, based on a Power Train with PMM, allow for selection decisions according to specific lifting capacity needs, ensuring operational speeds with sufficient torque for optimal filling of the downhole pump.
HYDRALIFT SYSTEM
Is comprised of two modules, Power Unit and Pumping Unit.
HYDRALIFT POWER UNIT
Is the control center that provides by means of a sophisticated Power Train designed by Hydrog which includes a Swash Plate Hydraulic Pump Rexroth powered by a Permanent Magnet Electric Motor which reduces energy consumption and incorporates new market trends to reduce CO2 footprint.
HYDRALIFT PUMPING UNIT
The Pumping Unit is based of a hydraulic cylinder, assisted by a modern and unique electronic system including logic valves that replaces complex, expensive and inefficient counterbalance systems.

Technical Specs
